We've included helpful items on this page to ensure you and your child's first trip to our office is productive, stress-free and enjoyable.

If you're preparing for your child's first visit, you can do a few things to help expedite the appointment. Please provide the following information when you arrive for your visit:

• Insurance cards
• Complete immunization records
• Medical records from your previous pediatrician

To get a copy of your child's/children's records sent to Stepping Stone Pediatrics,
please print out, complete and mail this record release form to your current pediatrician.

We have provided a downloadable copy in both Arcobat PDF and Microsoft Word formats.

The Initial Visit

Our compassionate pediatricians do whatever it takes to make every visit to our office a pleasant, relaxed experience. With all of the important information about our practice available on our website, you can feel confident that you and child are well-prepared for your first appointment. We also invite you to review our staff page in order to get to know our doctors and staff. We look forward to meeting you.

Directions

We are located in the newly built Autumn Ridge office building on the northeast corner of Allenwood Road and Highway 138 in Wall Township.

There is a traffic light on Highway 138 to facilitate turning into and out off the office complex.

From South:
GSP North to exit 98. At the exit get onto Highway 138 east. Take the 1st jug handle on the right for Allenwood Rd. Cross over Hwy. 138 and make a right onto the first driveway into the Autumn Ridge office complex. We are in the second building.

From North:
GSP South to exit 98. At the exit get onto Highway 138 east. The first jug handle is to reenter the parkway. Take the 2nd jug handle on the right for Allenwood Rd. Cross over Hwy. 138 and make a right onto the first driveway into the Autumn Ridge office complex. We are in the second building.

OR from Route 18 - take exit 6b - Route 138 west. Go through one traffic light. Right before the second light and Allenwood road, there is a driveway to enter the Autumn Ridge office complex. We are located in the second building.
